Registration

The program committee has put together an exceptional program, and participants will be able to attend either virtually or in-person. The registration fee is the same, and we ask that you indicate when you register how you are planning to attend.

In-Person Attendance

Your registration includes three days of exceptional learning, breakfasts, lunches and nutrition breaks, as well as the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. You have the option to sign up for the POCUS course on Friday afternoon (extra fee), which will take place at St. Michael’s Hospital. Access to session recordings will be available post event.

Virtual Attendance

Our virtual platform has lots of complementary features! Get access to any session – anytime, anywhere. You will have access to the full conference program, except for the POCUS course on Friday afternoon. Use the chat on the platform to engage with other virtual attendees as part of a wider international audience. Access to session recordings will be available post event.

The early bird deadline ends on Monday, August 1 at 11:59 pm EDT.

*You must be a current ISOM or NASOM member and will need a code to register at the member rate.

**Trainees / Students will be asked to upload a letter from their program director as proof of their trainee status.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before September 1, 2022. NO REFUND after September 1, 2022. Replacement delegates are welcome at no additional charge. Please advise of the name change ahead of time, if possible, and send to registration@bayleygroup.com.

NO SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND WILL BE FULLY CHARGED.
